Youth Pastor Dunk Tank

Volleyball Tournament

Flag Football Tournament

Jump in the dunk tank for a chance for your teens to try to dunk you. Please bring a change of clothes; towels are provided. You can find the schedule here.

Who will be in the dunk tank?

Volleyball Tournament Rules:
You must have six players on the court at all times, two of which must be girls. Sponsors are allowed to play. One team per church.

Flag Football Tournament Rules:
You must have five players, though any player can sub on a dead ball. Sponsors are allowed to play. One team per church.

Some helpful reminders before you submit this form:

The event will not be at Mansfield Baptist Temple. The address for this event is 998 Beal Road Mansfield, Ohio 44905.

IMPORTANT: Each youth sponsor and teen will need to turn in a completed waiver. We do not need a list of names, only the total number of teens and sponsors.
